Clanwilliam Aged Care was established by John and Pamela Potts when they began operating Janolma Nursing Home in Brisbane in 1970.
Today, Clanwilliam is still wholly owned and managed by the Potts Family. John and Pamela’s daughter Jeanette is Director of the company and, until his untimely passing in September 2017, their son John served as Financial Director for many years.
Jeanette fulfils the senior leadership role at Clanwilliam and she shares her family’s passion for excellence in aged care, holding fast to their values of providing the highest quality care in a loving home environment.
Watch the video below to meet Jeanette Potts and to hear from the late John Potts about their family’s proud history in aged care services.
Clanwilliam Aged Care currently operates four fully accredited residential aged care facilities, located between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, covering Nerang, Logan, Bethania and Beenleigh.
Extensive redevelopment works will soon commence at Clanwilliam’s Nerang facility, including construction of a new residential wing, new amenities and the complete refurbishment of the existing home.
Development of an entirely new facility at Beenleigh is also scheduled to begin soon, to replace the existing home on a large site immediately adjacent to it. More information about these developments will be included on the News and Media page as it becomes available.
